Compensation
- Base salary range of $135,000 to $145,000
- Annual performance bonus target of approximately 25%

Key Responsibilities
- Lead inventory and LIFO accounting, including valuation, analysis, and reporting
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial trends across P&L and balance sheet accounts
- Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals through coaching and mentorship
- Partner with operations, supply chain, and finance to understand inventory movement and cost drivers
- Identify and implement process improvements across systems and workflows
Must‑Have Skills/Experience (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Eight or more years of progressive accounting experience
- Demonstrated people management experience with direct reports
- Hands‑on experience with inventory accounting methodologies
- Ability to take ownership, resolve issues, and lead with limited oversight
