Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
• Own the full accounting cycle, including close and monthly reporting
• Prepare and present GAAP-compliant financial statements
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Oversee inventory accounting, costing, and margin analysis
• Support and enhance NetSuite ERP functionality

Qualifications for the Controller:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibility
• Proven ability to independently manage close and financial reporting
• Hands-on Oracle NetSuite experience required
