Salary: $100,000–$130,000
Location: Baltimore, MD (100% on‑site)

Key Responsibilities for the HR Manager:

• Provide oversight for compensation, benefits, payroll, and compliance activities
• Manage hiring, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes school‑wide
• Maintain and evolve policies, procedures, and employee handbook materials
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accrediting requirements
• Guide HR systems administration, workers’ compensation, and retirement plans
• The HR Manager directly supervises payroll operations and staff

Qualifications for the HR Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, management, finance, or related discipline
• 5 years of progressive HR and benefits experience
• Strong understanding of employment law and regulatory compliance
• Prior experience managing employees; independent school experience preferred
