Title: Staff Accountant
Salary: $70,000–$80,000

Staff Accountant Key Responsibilities:
• Support general ledger accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare account reconciliations and assist with the monthly close process
• Research and resolve accounting issues including accruals, depreciation, and intercompany transactions
• Partner cross-functionally to support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
Staff Accountant Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1–3 years of accounting experience
• Understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Location: Stoughton, MA (5 days onsite)
