Key Responsibilities for the Director of Human Resources:

• Lead all HR functions including employee relations, benefits, compliance, and performance management
• Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on HR policies and organizational planning
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention across academic and administrative staff
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices
• Guide and support managers on complex employee matters
• Act as backup for payroll when needed

Qualifications for the Director of Human Resources

• 4+ years of progressive HR leadership experience; Must have experience a manager/director level
• Prior experience working in a school or educational environment preferred
• Experience using ADP and knowledge of payroll a plus
• Strong working knowledge of HR compliance, benefits, and employee relations
• Experience acting as the sole person in HR

Salary: $100,000-$130,000
