Senior IT Financial Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, data analytics, and strategic decision-making for a growing professional services organization. This role will play a key part in driving financial performance through advanced modeling, SQL data analysis, and Power BI dashboard development.

Key Responsibilities for Senior IT Financial Analyst:
- Develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Build and maintain SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate financial and operational data
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reporting tools for executive leadership
- Create and enhance internal financial reporting for management and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve financial systems, reporting automation, and business intelligence processes
- Present financial insights, trends, and strategic recommendations to senior management
- Participate in digital transformation project transition to ERP system.
- Assist with ad hoc projects for finance and executive leadership teams
Qualifications of Senior IT Financial Analyst:
- 4+ years of financial analysis experience
- Strong experience with SQL coding, data extraction, and business intelligence tools
- Advanced Power Query; DAX preferred
- Advanced Power BI dashboard development and reporting expertise
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA and/or CPA preferred
- Excellent financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
