RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE FINANCIAL ANALYST
- Recommends budget adjustments, and other cost improvement measures.
- Assist with the analysis of financial information to determine present and future financial performance, including coordinating monthly reporting, quarterly forecasting, and annual planning processes.
- Help with various business units and leadership to provide guidance around reports, analytics, strategic plans, business plans, and targets.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L analysis, Risk and Opportunity analysis, and bridge comments to shed insights into the business.
- Ensure consistency between the operating strategy of the business unit and its financial forecasts.
- Support the monthly close consolidation process by preparing variance analysis and reporting of results for multiple business units
- Demonstrate continuous efforts to improve operations, decrease lead times, and streamline work processes by working cooperatively and jointly with internal stakeholders
- Reviews costs and performs cost benefit analysis related to projects and/or programs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OF FINANCIAL ANALYST
- 3+ years progressive finance/FPA experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Proficient in Excel and technical skills including Vena
- MBA or CPA preferred
- Manufacturing experience is required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Salary Range: 100,000-125,000
