RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE FINANCIAL ANALYST

  • Recommends budget adjustments, and other cost improvement measures.
  • Assist with the analysis of financial information to determine present and future financial performance, including coordinating monthly reporting, quarterly forecasting, and annual planning processes.
  • Help with various business units and leadership to provide guidance around reports, analytics, strategic plans, business plans, and targets.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L analysis, Risk and Opportunity analysis, and bridge comments to shed insights into the business.
  • Ensure consistency between the operating strategy of the business unit and its financial forecasts.
  • Support the monthly close consolidation process by preparing variance analysis and reporting of results for multiple business units
  • Demonstrate continuous efforts to improve operations, decrease lead times, and streamline work processes by working cooperatively and jointly with internal stakeholders
  • Reviews costs and performs cost benefit analysis related to projects and/or programs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OF FINANCIAL ANALYST

  • 3+ years progressive finance/FPA experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • Proficient in Excel and technical skills including Vena
  • MBA or CPA preferred
  • Manufacturing experience is required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment

Salary Range: 100,000-125,000
