Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase orders and manage both routine and critical procurement activities
- Assist with vendor negotiations, pricing analysis, and contract administration
- Monitor supplier performance, track delivery metrics, and manage back-order reporting
- Maintain accurate purchasing and supplier records within the ERP system
- Partner with operations to align purchasing with inventory levels, demand, and forecasts
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and process enhancements
