Key Responsibilities of the Construction Project Coordinator

  • Maintain accurate accounts payable and vendor records while processing invoices and subcontractor payment applications as the Construction Project Coordinator
  • Manage and track subcontractor insurance certificates, ensuring compliance with subcontract requirements and policy expiration timelines as the Construction Project Coordinator
  • Ensure AP documentation is processed accurately, timely, and in accordance with lien law and internal controls as the Construction Project Coordinator
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security over the company’s AP and vendor records as the Construction Project Coordinator
  • Monitor lien status and communicate with management regarding past‑due accounts to protect lien rights as the Construction Project Coordinator

Qualifications for the Construction Project Coordinator
