Accounts Receivable Specialist
Our client in San Francisco with free secure parking is hiring for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. They are very passionate about the work that they do to provide organic food to all the major grocery stores in California. Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Assist with accounts receivable on 150 plus accounts with calls to 20 of them a week with reminders
- Customer service to follow up on existing customers.
- Looking up invoices and credit memos
- Following up on Accounts Receivable
- Mostly contacting clients by email
We are looking for a Accounts Receivable Specialist who:
- Proven customer service experience
- Is excited to learn NetSuite or has experience
Salary range $50,000-$60,000
