Job Summary
Provides analysis and support for job evaluation, base pay, and incentive programs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct job evaluations to ensure consistent job standards and support development of accurate job descriptions.
- Maintain salary structures and job hierarchy, using market data to assess competitiveness and internal equity.
- Analyze compensation trends and support development of annual pay increase budgets.
- Perform compensation analyses and recommend solutions to support retention and organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with compensation-related laws and regulations.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to determine competitive compensation for new hires.
- Advise HR partners and leaders on compensation practices, policies, and decisions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of compensation analysis experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications: CCP certification preferred.
