Title: Compensation Analyst

Compensation: $60-70k
Location: Valhalla, NY – 100% in-office

Job Summary

Provides analysis and support for job evaluation, base pay, and incentive programs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct job evaluations to ensure consistent job standards and support development of accurate job descriptions.
  • Maintain salary structures and job hierarchy, using market data to assess competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Analyze compensation trends and support development of annual pay increase budgets.
  • Perform compensation analyses and recommend solutions to support retention and organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with compensation-related laws and regulations.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to determine competitive compensation for new hires.
  • Advise HR partners and leaders on compensation practices, policies, and decisions.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of compensation analysis experience.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Certifications: CCP certification preferred.
