Assistant Controller

Salary up to $125,000 + 10% bonus

What You’ll Do as the Assistant Controller:
- Oversee accounting operations, internal controls, and the month‑end close process
- Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Drive system transitions and support ongoing integration efforts tied to growth and acquisitions
What We’re Looking for in the Assistant Controller:
- 4+ years of accounting or finance experience, including team leadership
- Strong background in process improvement, automation, and control implementation
- Proven experience overseeing financial statements, reconciliations, and general ledger activity
