Staff Accountant
This Staff Accountant role is for someone who enjoys digging into inventory and fixed assets while helping improve accounting processes during a company growth. You’ll work closely with executive leaders, contribute to high‑visibility reporting, and play a key role in supporting a growing, multi‑state organization. Salary up to $90,000 + 10% bonus

What You’ll Do as the Staff Accountant:
- Analyze and reconcile inventory and fixed asset accounts to ensure accuracy and control
- Identify discrepancies and deliver solutions to complex accounting issues
- Support accounting system transition from Sage 100 to NetSuite (future state)
- Contribute ideas to improve accounting processes during a period of transformation
What We’re Looking For in a Staff Accountant
- 3+ years of staff accounting experience with a focus on inventory and fixed assets
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Experience with Sage 100 or a similar general ledger/accounting system
