Plant Controller
Location: Arlington (Fully Onsite)
Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 base salary + bonus
Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Plant Controller with strong manufacturing and operational finance experience to lead financial activities for our Arlington facility. This role requires a strategic business partner with a builder’s mentality who can drive process improvements, strengthen financial controls, and support continued growth. The ideal candidate will have deep P&L ownership experience, percentage-of-completion accounting expertise, and a proven history of progressive career advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all plant accounting functions including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close.
- Manage plant P&L performance, cost accounting, inventory controls, and operational financial analysis.
- Oversee percentage-of-completion accounting and ensure accurate revenue recognition and project costing.
- Partner with operations leadership to improve processes, drive efficiencies, and support business growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience with percentage-of-completion accounting and full P&L management.
- Proven ability to build scalable processes and improve operational and financial performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CMA preferred.
