Salary: $130,000–$150,000 + 10% Bonus

Our client, a progressive and growing manufacturing company, is seeking a Controller to lead its accounting and finance function. Responsibilities of the Controller:

• Direct and oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Establish benchmarks to evaluate financial and operational performance
• Monitor and analyze monthly results against budget and strategic goals
• Lead daily operations of the finance and accounting department
• Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and capital investments
• Partner with leadership to develop 5-year and 10-year business plans
• Develop and implement departmental goals, policies, and procedures
• Oversee financial audits and recommend process improvements
• Manage financial reporting, cash flow analysis, and forecasting
• Supervise accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and fixed assets
• Direct month-end close processes and coordinate external audits

Qualifications for the Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA preferred
• 5–7 years of experience managing direct reports
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
