Our client is seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join their international manufacturing organization. What You’ll Do
Financial Reporting & General Accounting
Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including:
- Assisting with financial statement preparation
- Supporting month-end and year-end reporting requirements
- Performing variance analysis and account analysis
- Reconciling balance sheet accounts
- Preparing and reviewing journal entries
Cost Accounting & Manufacturing Support
Partner with operations and finance teams to support:
- Inventory accounting, and reconciliations
- Standard costing and variance analysis
- Manufacturing and production reporting, labor and overhead allocations
- Product cost analysis
- Inventory controls and process improvements
International Accounting & Consolidations
Assist with:
- Multi-entity consolidations
- Intercompany reconciliations and transactions
- International accounting processes
- IFRS reporting support and compliance
Fixed Assets & Compliance
Maintain and support:
- Fixed asset accounting and depreciation schedules
- Capital expenditure tracking
- Tax and audit support
- Internal controls and accounting procedures
Budgeting & Forecasting
Collaborate with leadership on:
- Budget preparation
- Forecasting and financial analysis
- Operational reporting and business insights
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Strong accounting foundation with manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience with cost accounting and inventory analysis is highly valued
- Knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliations
- Exposure to international accounting or IFRS is a plus
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
Salary: $90K-110K, depending on experience
