Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Contact customers and professionally guide conversations using provided talking points

The Customer Service Representative will accurately document customer responses and information into the system while speaking with customers

Provide a positive customer experience through friendly and professional communication

The Customer Service Representative will meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics once training is completed

Talk and type simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative Role

Strong customer service and communication skills

Comfortable following scripts while creating positive customer interactions

Ability to multitask and type while speaking with customers

Basic computer skills required

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Kind, cheerful, and team-oriented personality with a willingness to work
Dress Code
Business casual environment. Jeans are acceptable as long as they do not have holes. Casual tops are permitted; however, shirts with writing are not allowed.
