Staff Accountant
Salary: $60,000–$65,000 USD + medical, dental, 401k match, flexible PTO

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:
• Prepare and post monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
• Support timely, accurate month-end close and GL maintenance
• Manage credit card processes, including data entry and review
• Analyze data and support reporting using Excel and Dynamics 365
• Partner with team members to support audits, budgeting, and peak cycles
Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
• 2–3 years of general ledger accounting experience
• Strong journal entry and reconciliation background
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
