Key Responsibilities for the HR Generalist:
• Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to policies, benefits, and HR programs
• Assist with employee relations matters and documentation
• Support recruitment coordination and hiring processes
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and organizational HR requirements

Qualifications for the HR Generalist:
• Prior experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role
• Working knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and compliance
• Experience supporting multiple HR functions simultaneously
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR documentation processes
