Key Responsibilities for the Human Resources Manager:
• Serve as the primary HR partner to leaders across multiple manufacturing sites
• Oversee and actively support employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
• Manage recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning
• Ensure compliance with federal, state (MN), and local employment regulations
• Lead HR processes including benefits administration, compensation support, and policy development

Qualifications for the Human Resources Manager:
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or multi-site environments
