Controller – Newburyport, MA – on site work schedule
$165K-$175K base plus discretionary bonus

Controller Responsibilities:
- Manage general ledger operations, month-end close, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and provide insight to executive leadership
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff
Qualifications of the Controller:
- CPA required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
