Key Responsibilities for the Division Controller:

• Own accounting leadership for a multi-billion dollar P&L
• Lead segment‑level monthly close and financial reporting
• Oversee job‑cost accounting and revenue recognition for complex projects
• Manage customer audits and contractual financial reviews
• Ensure strong balance sheet, intercompany, and reconciliation processes
• Partner with corporate teams on SOX compliance, tax, and external audits

Qualifications for the Division Controller:

• CPA required
• Background in public accounting (national or international firm preferred)
• Experience supporting large, complex P&Ls
• Strong knowledge of SOX, external reporting, and audit processes
• Experience with financial consolidations, close automation tools, and advanced Excel
