Key Responsibilities of the Billing Specialist

• Lead end-to-end billing cycle for multiple departments with accuracy and proactivity
• Oversee client and vendor onboarding, job setup, billing arrangements, and contract compliance
• Execute and troubleshoot invoicing for diverse business lines including management fees, sponsorships, and B2B accounts
• Clean up and manage out-of-pocket billing, coordinating with marketing and sales to resolve open items and recover billables
• Host monthly AR/collections meetings with internal contacts to expedite outstanding payments and optimize cash flow

Desired Experience

• Minimum two years of agency, entertainment, or talent management billing experience
• Proven ability to manage full billing and AR cycles supporting multiple client groups, client trusts, agency experience
• High level of initiative, communication, and commitment to best-in-class customer service
