This is a hands‑on Accounts Receivable role ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and making a direct impact. You’ll take responsibility for onsite AR during a key management transition at a high‑profile San Antonio hotel property.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage guest and city ledgers, including group billing and advanced deposits
- Handle end‑to‑end AR processes: billing, posting, collections, and issue resolution
- Prepare and post daily income journals and support day‑end balancing
- Partner with hotel operations, events, and F&B teams to ensure billing accuracy
- Support AR clean‑up and stabilization during the management transition
What We’re Looking For
- Accounts receivable or billing experience within the hotel or hospitality industry
- Familiarity with hotel systems or PMS platforms (Opera or Opera Cloud preferred)
- Strong understanding of billing workflows, guest/group invoicing, or collections in a hotel environment
- Ability to take ownership of AR responsibilities and work independently
- Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through and problem‑solving skills
