Our client, a rapidly growing consumer products manufacturer, is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to support their Dayton, OH facility. This role will partner closely with leadership to manage day-to-day HR operations and foster a positive, compliant, and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting, including partnering with managers to identify talent needs
- Facilitate onboarding and new hire orientation
- Process weekly payroll and support benefits and leave administration
- Handle employee relations matters, including investigations and disciplinary actions
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Support performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leadership
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English/Spanish (required)
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
- Experience with payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now a plus)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to build relationships on the production floor and in the office
