Senior Accountant
Location: Bakersfield, CA (Onsite)
Salary: $78,000 – $95,000 DOE

With continued expansion and increased operational complexity, they are looking to add a Senior Accountant who can help strengthen reporting, improve processes, and support day-to-day financial operations.
This is more than a traditional accounting role. You’ll work closely with leadership and operations while gaining exposure across multiple areas of the business.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Accountant, you’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financials, supporting month-end close, and assisting with reporting and analysis. This position offers strong visibility and the opportunity to contribute to process improvements within a growing organization.
What You’ll Do

Manage general ledger activity, reconciliations, and journal entries

Support month-end and year-end close processes

Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting

Maintain accruals, prepaid schedules, and account analysis

Partner with operations and leadership to support financial accuracy and reporting
What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience

Strong understanding of general ledger and month-end close processes

Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting systems

Manufacturing, distribution, or operational accounting experience preferred
