Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• Lead two direct reports (AP Manager and AR Manager) with oversight of six indirect reports
• Oversee month-end close and preparation of accurate financial statements
• Review and guide AP and AR reporting, controls, and workflows
• Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors
• Partner with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Qualifications for the Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Minimum 2 years of Controller-level or people leadership experience
• Proven experience managing and developing accounting teams
