HR Generalist
Salary: $55–70K
Growing manufacturing company is adding an HR Generalist to support rapid expansion, including a newly opened second plant. This role works closely with the HR Director and plays a key role in keeping HR operations on track as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities for the HR Generalist:
- Full-cycle recruiting with heavy focus on ~25 open roles
- Lead onboarding and offboarding, including training materials
- Support plant safety initiatives, OSHA compliance, and safety training
Ideal Background for the HR Generalist:
- 3–5 years HR experience: $55–60K
- 8+ years HR Generalist experience preferred: $65–70K
- Manufacturing or plant experience a plus
- Hands-on, collaborative, self-directed
