Key Responsibilities (Senior Accountant):
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Maintain and review the general ledger to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Oversee inventory accounting, including costing, adjustments, and reconciliation with production data
- Prepare financial reports and assist leadership with operational and financial analysis
Qualifications (Senior Accountant):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, ideally within manufacturing
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel preferred
