Key Responsibilities
- Process weekly and biweekly multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Act as a primary point of contact for payroll-related questions and support
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain payroll reports utilizing Excel and Microsoft Office
- Assist with payroll audits, compliance reporting, and documentation
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of payroll experience in a high-volume environment
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (required) ADP Lyric (a plus)
- Strong understanding of multi-state payroll processing
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
