Located in downtown Memphis with paid parking and is onsite for a week every five to six weeks after training. Overview of the Corporate Billing Specialist:
- The Corporate Billing Specialist will prepare and finalize client invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution
- Review and improve billing descriptions for clarity, consistency, and professional quality
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to billing and payments
- Provide answers for billing questions, working closely with legal staff and clients
- Keep billing records and documentation well-organized and up to date
- Balance multiple assignments while meeting strict deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Enter and manage financial data within billing and accounting platforms, including generating reports
Qualifications of the Corporate Billing Specialist:
- High volume AP experience
- Ability to work downtown Memphis for training and for a week every five to six weeks
