Key Responsibilities for the Staff / Senior Accountant:

• Maintain and analyze job‑level WIP schedules and project costs
• Act as the accounting liaison between finance and project management teams
• Support and oversee AR, AP, and Payroll sub‑ledgers
• Prepare month‑end close, journal entries, and bank reconciliations
• Monitor fixed assets and depreciation, with a focus on heavy equipment
• Identify and resolve billing gaps, missing costs, and change orders

Qualifications for the Staff / Senior Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 5+ years of accounting experience; construction/WIP experience preferred
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze job‑level financial data
• Experience supporting multiple accounting functions or sub‑ledgers
