Preferred Experience This Role
- Oversee and manage budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure timely and accurate consolidation of financial statements
- Provide analysis and insight to aid in decision-making
- Interact with external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain efficient reporting processes
- Manage and develop a high-performing team
Preferred Criteria This Role
- Bachelor degree in Accounting
- Masters Degree
- healthcare or retail industry experience ideal
- 8 years or more of progressive finance experience
- Experience with managing a team
