Role: Senior Accountant
Location: Windsor, CT
Salary: $105,000 – $115,000 + bonus

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Accountant, you will take ownership of core accounting functions, including month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and internal controls. The Senior Accountant will collaborate cross-functionally to support integrations, system improvements, and financial accuracy across the organization. This Senior Accountant position is ideal for someone who wants to go beyond routine tasks and play a key role in scaling a business.

As the company implements new integrations, you’ll help stand up processes, reconcile data, and ensure controls stay intact—not just export data to Excel and move on.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3–6+ years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments preferred
- CPA or CPA-eligible is a plus
