About the Role

This Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in helping leadership understand financial performance, identify trends, and drive strategic decision-making across the organization. You’ll operate at the center of the business, translating data into insight and influencing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support enterprise-wide forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
• Prepare monthly reporting packages, variance analysis, and executive presentations
• Analyze financial and operational performance across business units
• Partner with Site Controllers during month-end and quarter-end close
• Contribute to board reporting, strategic analysis, and high-impact projects
• Drive process improvements and reporting enhancements
• Build financial models and deliver clear, actionable insights
• Help shape the story behind the numbers for leadership

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidations
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
• Proactive mindset with a desire to go beyond reporting and influence strategy
