Accounting Coordinator (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Compensation: $55,000–$60,000

Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Coordinator:

  • Record and post journal entries accurately and timely
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Communicate regularly with internal company international branches in both English and Spanish

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 + years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish required
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with PivotTables and VLOOKUPs is highly preferred
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Self-starter who can work independently and manage priorities effectively
