Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:
• Lead financial analysis and reporting tied to margin, pricing, and cost drivers
• Support and drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
• Partner with operations on inventory valuation, cost roll, and PPV analysis
• Prepare and present financial insights to leadership in clear, actionable formats
• Support month-end close, commissions, and key accounting entries
• Advance analytics and reporting through ERP and Power BI integration
• Support and drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA/CMA or advanced degree preferred)
• 7–10 years of progressive accounting and financial analysis experience
• Strong Excel-based analytics experience within an ERP environment
• Proven background in month-end close, FP&A, and financial controls
