Accounting Manager’s Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the CFO to support and lead day‑to‑day finance department operations
• Prepare and analyze financial reporting focused on margin, pricing, costs, and profitability
• Lead the annual budgeting process and support strategic planning
• Support month‑end and year‑end close with journal entries and reconciliations
• Develop, document, and maintain SOPs and support internal and external audits
• Deliver executive‑level financial insights through dashboards, reporting, and presentations

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s, CPA, or CMA preferred)
• 7–10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Strong Excel skills with analytics, dashboards, and ERP-based reporting
• Proven experience across month‑end close, FP&A, and financial controls
