RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE STAFF ACCOUNTANT:
- The Staff Accountant will support general ledger accounting including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and fixed asset activity as needed
- The Staff Accountant will pull data and prepare Excel-based reporting to support financial visibility and decision-making
- Provide light accounts payable and accounts receivable support across multiple entities as needed
- Assist with bookkeeping functions and accounting support for additional business entities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE STAFF ACCOUNTANT
- Must have strong general ledger accounting knowledge including debits, credits, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Must have intermediate to advanced Excel skills including formulas and data manipulation
- Associate degree or higher is a plus, not a must
- Experience with Great Plains is a plus, not a must
