Compensation: $90,000 – $130,000

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with paralegal responsibilities to support senior attorneys within their real estate practice. This role combines executive-level administrative support with hands-on involvement in real estate transactions, offering a dynamic opportunity for someone experienced in both legal and operational environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to attorneys, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, presentations, and legal documents
- Manage communications, including screening calls, responding to emails, and handling client inquiries
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and materials
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
- Assist attorneys with all aspects of commercial and/or residential real estate transactions
- Prepare and review transaction documents, including purchase agreements, closing statements, leases, and amendments
- Coordinate due diligence processes, including title review, surveys, and zoning documentation
- Track critical dates and deadlines for transactions and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Liaise with clients, title companies, lenders, and other stakeholders involved in transactions
- Draft and proofread legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
- Conduct basic legal and property research as needed
- Organize and maintain case files and transaction records (physical and electronic)
- Assist with closings, including document preparation and execution coordination
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures and firm standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Legal Assistant, or Paralegal in a law firm or legal environment
- Experience supporting real estate transactions strongly preferred
- Paralegal certificate or relevant experience equivalent preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with legal document management systems and real estate transaction processes
