Key Responsibilities:
• Lead fixed asset management and cleanup efforts, ensuring accurate tracking, capitalization, and reporting
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and month-end close activities
• Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis, identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Support financial reporting, dashboards, and audit preparation
• Analyze and reconcile revenue streams and operational data
• Partner cross-functionally to improve processes, enhance systems, and drive efficiencies
• Assist with accounts payable, sales tax filings, and regulatory reporting as needed

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong background in general accounting + reconciliations
• Fixed assets experience strongly preferred
• ERP experience (Business Central a plus)
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-changing, growth-oriented environment
