FP&A Analyst
Location: Remote (Must reside in FL, GA, NC, or SC)
Salary: $80,000–$100,000 | Full-time

Key Responsibilities of the FP&A Analyst:
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across multiple healthcare entities
- Create monthly financial reporting packages, including variance analysis and KPI dashboards for leadership
- Analyze financial and operational trends to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including operations and accounting, to deliver accurate insights and reporting
- Assist with reporting requirements for the board, lenders, and private equity stakeholders
- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and business decisions
- Contribute to month-end close analysis and ensure the accuracy of financial data
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and visibility
- Provide ad hoc analysis and support on special projects as needed
Qualifications for the FP&A Analyst:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required
- 2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance, ideally within private equity-backed and/or healthcare organizations
- Experience working with multi-entity organizations is strongly preferred
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Advanced Excel skills required; familiarity with ERP and financial reporting systems is preferred
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Must be located in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, or South Carolina
