What You’ll Do As A Controller
- Oversee all accounting operations, including GL, AP/AR, payroll, cash receipts, and fixed assets
- Lead monthly and annual close processes in compliance with GAAP
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team, driving collaboration and process improvement
- Manage consolidations and prepare accurate financial reports for leadership and the Board
- Lead budgeting, audits, regulatory reporting, internal controls, and cash/investment management
What We’re Looking For in a Controller
- BS in Accounting
- Proven experience leading full-cycle accounting and close processes at a manufacturing company
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience managing and developing accounting teams
