What You’ll Do
- Lead day‑to‑day accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and payroll
- Oversee month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and audit requirements
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Partner closely with leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Prior experience as a Controller or Accounting Manager
- Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting expertise
- Ability to lead, prioritize, and drive continuous improvement
