Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Administrator:
- Review, validate, and process employee timecards and payroll edits in Paycom
- Handle historical adjustments, special payments, and payroll corrections
- Maintain garnishments, deductions, and payroll compliance records
- Audit payroll data for accuracy, controls, and regulatory compliance
- Support reporting, audits, reconciliations, and year-end payroll activities
- Serve as payroll backup and support processing during peak cycles
Qualifications for the Payroll Administrator:
- 4+ years of hands-on payroll administration experience, ideally with knowledge working with electronic timesheets
- Paycom (or similar payroll system) and Excel proficiency
- Solid knowledge of payroll compliance and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
