Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Administrator:

  • Review, validate, and process employee timecards and payroll edits in Paycom
  • Handle historical adjustments, special payments, and payroll corrections
  • Maintain garnishments, deductions, and payroll compliance records
  • Audit payroll data for accuracy, controls, and regulatory compliance
  • Support reporting, audits, reconciliations, and year-end payroll activities
  • Serve as payroll backup and support processing during peak cycles

Qualifications for the Payroll Administrator:

  • 4+ years of hands-on payroll administration experience, ideally with knowledge working with electronic timesheets
  • Paycom (or similar payroll system) and Excel proficiency
  • Solid knowledge of payroll compliance and regulations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
