Senior HR Generalist
Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 depending on experience
Location: In-Office
Position Summary
The HR Generalist supports day-to-day human resources functions within a manufacturing environment, including payroll processing, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration. This role ensures accurate payroll and helps maintain a productive, compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and administer biweekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and training initiatives
- Assist with employee relations matters and policy interpretation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Administer benefits and support open enrollment
- Track attendance, timekeeping, and leave administration
- Partner with plant leadership to support workforce needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of HR experience, including payroll
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Knowledge of payroll systems, HRIS, and employment laws
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
