Senior HR Generalist

Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 depending on experience
Location: In-Office

Position Summary

The HR Generalist supports day-to-day human resources functions within a manufacturing environment, including payroll processing, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration. This role ensures accurate payroll and helps maintain a productive, compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and administer biweekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and training initiatives
  • Assist with employee relations matters and policy interpretation
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Administer benefits and support open enrollment
  • Track attendance, timekeeping, and leave administration
  • Partner with plant leadership to support workforce needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of HR experience, including payroll
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
  • Knowledge of payroll systems, HRIS, and employment laws
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
