Core Duties

Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees

Verify timecards, overtime, PTO, and shift differentials

Maintain employee payroll records and tax documentation

Ensure compliance with state and federal payroll regulations

Respond to employee payroll questions

Assist with year-end W-2s, audits, and reporting

Coordinate with HR on onboarding and payroll changes
Requirements

2–4 years of payroll experience

Knowledge of payroll laws and multi-state regulations

Experience with ADP, Paylocity, Paychex, or similar systems

Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
