Salary: $115,000 – $140,000
Creative Financial Staffing is partnering with a biotech company in Cambridge to find an experienced Accounting Manager. This Accounting Manager role will oversee key accounting operations and lead a small team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise accounting staff as an Accounting Manager
- Oversee month-end close and reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies
- Manage audits and process improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of experience including leadership as an Accounting Manager
- CPA strongly preferred
- Industry experience a plus
