IT Support Engineer (On-Site – NYC)
A leading global investment firm is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join its growing New York team. This is a high-impact role supporting a fast-paced, collaborative environment with significant exposure to business users and leadership.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide hands-on technical support to onsite and remote users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Manage onboarding, device setup, and user support
- Administer user environments across O365, Azure, and Active Directory
- Handle ticketing workflows and deliver white-glove customer service
- Support global teams and collaborate on IT initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of IT support or service desk experience
- Strong Windows, O365, and user support experience
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Financial services experience is a plus
