IT Support Engineer (On-Site – NYC)
A leading global investment firm is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join its growing New York team. This is a high-impact role supporting a fast-paced, collaborative environment with significant exposure to business users and leadership.

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide hands-on technical support to onsite and remote users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Manage onboarding, device setup, and user support
  • Administer user environments across O365, Azure, and Active Directory
  • Handle ticketing workflows and deliver white-glove customer service
  • Support global teams and collaborate on IT initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3–5 years of IT support or service desk experience
  • Strong Windows, O365, and user support experience
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
  • Financial services experience is a plus
