What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the end-to-end software implementation, from planning through go-live
- Manage project scope, timeline, risks, and budget to ensure successful delivery
- Coordinate between business teams, leadership, and external vendors
- Oversee data migration, configuration, testing, and training
- Drive change management and user adoption efforts
What You Bring
- Experience leading software or ERP implementations
- Strong project management background (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience with construction tools like Procore, Sage, or Viewpoint is a plus
💰 Compensation
- Base Salary: $105,000 – $120,000 + bonus
